WELCOME
Welcome to my little corner of the world. It is quite possibly the only place of
mine that is *not* cluttered with sketches, books, and CD's. (OK, my wife corrected
me- this place *is* chock full of images, but at least it's organized here...)
Here we have a HomeWorld game modification tutorial. It was written mainly because
I knew there would be no way I'd remember all the steps/details/bugs of creating and
adding a ship into this game; but I've been told that it's been a useful tutorial from
both those new to doing game modifications for HomeWorld and those rather used to it.
I have a nice gallery of my work set up here. It contains art ranging from 2D sketches,
to 3D renders, low poly work, video game modifications (non-commercial), and even a
section where you can view/rotate/examine some of my 3D models (you'll be prompted to
install the viewer from Viewpoint).
Of course, we have the obligatory resume and contact information available here too,
just in case some 3D company sees this and feels an overpowering need to send me
a job offer laden with hefty a signing bonus, a huge paycheck, etc.... ;)
**August, 2004**
Two updates in one month - it must be a record. Three new images added into the
gallery. The first one, "Circuit Overload" was submitted to
CG Talk's MachineFlesh competition. I didn't win anything, but I'm still quite
happy with how it turned out. Quite different from my typical.
Next is a mermaid logo I was working on for a friend of a friend.
Last is a little piece I did in Painter.
**August, 2004**
I think I've got this working now... With a few exceptions, when I add to my gallery,
I'll thumbnail it here, too. To start with, here are a few of my favorites.
**April, 2004**
True to my word i suppose, I have completed both my dragon and allosaurus skull :D
(though i'm still working on the environment for the skull...) Did it really take me so long
to finish these two? Erm... no? Honestly though, they both followed my usual M.O.- I work
on it until I get stuck/disgusted with what I've got and put it aside until something finally
prompts me to pick it back up again, whereupon I'm surprised at how quickly I fix it all
up into something nice. This time it was Expose' 2.
I pulled out all the stops and 'cheats' and finished my wood
dragon in no time flat for entry. I'm pretty happy with it, even more so as it has just
been accepted into
Expose' 2! :D (Click the book to go there)
More than that, I've completely revamped my gallery, and added a lot of images to it:) so
you should jump there and check it out.
**June, 2003**
As the Call For Entries cards have already been handed/mailed
out, and it appears on the official website, I can announce that my Body Mouse
has been accepted into Expose' 1, a collection of superb 3D/2D art, and I am greatly
honored to be printed with the likes of all those that have had their art accepted as
well. Click on the left image to go to

larger version of the Body Mouse Call for Entries card for Expose' 1.
Aside from that, I don't have much to show. :( Most of what I'm doing at work is incredibly
boring, and at home I have been focusing on making a new demo reel. After that, I do plan to
get back to business, so to speak. I have a dragon I very much want to finish, and an allosaurus
atrox skull in the works. Gee... dragons and dinosaurs... from me. Who woulda thunk it? :P
**March, 2003**
Has it really been nearly a year since I updated
this page?! I have been updating little things here and there, but I've finally
added a lot of new images and such to the computer art section of my
gallery. The flash section isn't working yet, as I don't really have the
space to put it all here:(. As far as other cool things going on:
I've received an award from 3DFestival/CGTalk.com for my BodyMouse, and
added the their "Gallery of Fame". Plus it is the second-most viewed post there.
I have also been published internationally in the Swedish PC Extreme.
**May, 2002**
Over 5,000 views on this site =O (gah, my goodness:D).
I finally had enough time to add my BodyMouse images to my gallery (Gallery-3D-Mice).
I'm working on a cool new project, but it will take quite a while before it
appears here :(... but I'm considering adding some of my older stuff
(video games and such); speaking of which, if anyone knows of a way to transfer
stuff from Amiga diskettes or (mac)Syquest disks to, well pretty much
anything other that what it's on...
please let me know.

Wow, I was recently featured on the front page of
CG Channel! My 3DFestival/CGTalk.com thread had
gotten quite a few views from that. Plus, I was featured on
Netizen. So my site here has
exceeded it's bandwidth limits quite a bit recently, and my counter is
well over a couple thousand.:D If you want to see a screen grab of my
work on CG Channel, click here
; and to see what I mean by a lot of views (over 58,000),
